Yup, Friday is finally here, TGIF! Our Friday special today and every Friday (imagine that) is The La Di Da, a thinly sliced prosciutto, rosemary infused honey and creamy goat cheese on crusty French bread. It’s become so famous there is even a T-shirt for it out there, really.
While we are on the topic of prosciutto, if you need a great appetizer for a dinner party this weekend try this out; take some prosciutto and spread Boursin cheese on it, then roll it up with asparagus in the middle. Cook at 450 for about 8 to 10 minutes. It’s an amazing appy! Happy Friday and have a great weekend!
Today is Thursday and it’s a special grilled cheese day for Mom, because today’s feature The Jackson 3 is named after her nephew Jackson, seen in this action shot. This is a decadent grilled cheese delight, a triple threat…three slices of sourdough with brie, boursin, and gruyere. Mmmmmmm, an absolutely incredible lunch time melt.

Why is Wednesday so special? Today’s featured grilled cheese is The Hot Angie, and it is about to overtake the Meatloaf Grilled Cheese as the #1 sandwich we serve. People are going crazy for it! Oh she’s hot! Hot capicola, hot peppers and havarti on sourdough. Nothing but sunshine today, get yourself down here for lunch.
It’s Tuesday and that means today’s featured grilled cheese sandwich is Sam’s Special. Turkey and brie on cranberry pecan bread. Yes, it is as good as it sounds! According to the rocket scientists at Wikipedia, “Tuesday is a day of the week occurring after Monday and before Wednesday”. I guess that’s what they get paid the big bucks for, right?
