We have the best wingman in Vancouver here at Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck, and he is available every Friday…and his name isn’t Goose. If you are sick of a wingman who is all talk, no results….a wingman who simply can’t help close the deal, get yourself to Mom’s tomorrow or every Friday as the new Friday special is The Wingman! We’ve taken buffalo wings meat, topped with hot sauce, a sprinkle of diced celery, mozzarella and havarti all on a crusty butter grilled French loaf. See you tomorrow.

Remember the movie The Italian Job from 2003, about a gang of robbers who create the largest traffic jam in Los Angeles history, giving them time to pull off a theft of gold bullion. Then they get away in their Mini Coopers, awesome driving scene in the movie! Well there is a new Italian Job, and it’s available at Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck on Wednesdays. This is a killer grilled cheese….served on olive rosemary bread and stuffed with tomatoes, bocconcini, fresh basil, salt, pepper and specially grilled in garlic butter.
