The date, Sunday September 2, 2012. The place, Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck was set up at The Waldorf for the Yelp and Street Food Vancouver Food Cart Fest. Why would we offer such a dull and boring opening to this post? Simple, it was likely the busiest day Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck has ever experienced, we’ve nicknamed it The Punisher. The pictures says it all, it was like this all day long! We felt like rock stars, looking out over a sea of fans. Thank you to everyone who came out and braved the long line ups in the sunshine.
